Unfortunately, a change in Ohio law went into effect on November 3, 2025, that no longer permits cultivators or processors to issue refunds or handle product returns directly with the consumer. This regulatory change is outlined in O.A.C. 1301:18-8-12 and was confirmed through official Division of Cannabis Control (DCC) guidance provided to licensed operators. 

 

Refunds & Returns: What This Means for You 

To remain fully compliant with state regulations, all refund and return requests must now be handled directly by the dispensary where the product was purchased. Your dispensary team is equipped to assist you and will follow the appropriate DCC-approved procedures to address your concern.

Can Grow Ohio issue refunds or accept returns directly?
